Spirit Festival is a free game made by Mythic Motion ("we", "us"). You do not need an account to play, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or other personal details inside the game. The game is supported by ads, and our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may process limited device data to show those ads. This page explains what is collected and your choices.

Who we are

Information we collect

From us, directly: none. The game has no sign-in, no user accounts, and does not ask for or store personal information such as your name, email address, or contacts. Game settings and scores are kept only on your device.
Through advertising (Google AdMob): to display ads, Google's Mobile Ads SDK and its ad partners may collect and process technical data including a mobile advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system information, and ad-interaction events. This data is processed by Google, not stored by us.

Advertising and tracking

Spirit Festival shows ads through Google AdMob. On Apple devices, the game does not use App Tracking Transparency and does not access the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking you across other companies' apps or websites. Ads may be shown in a non-personalized (contextual) form.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a Google-certified consent message before ads are served, so you can choose whether to allow personalized ads. You can change your choice later from the in-game settings.

Children

Spirit Festival is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Your choices

Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings › Google › Ads).
Manage personalized-ad consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland) from the in-game settings, which re-opens the consent message.

Data retention and security

We do not hold personal information about you on our own servers. Data processed for advertising is retained and protected by Google in line with its policies. We take reasonable measures to keep the game and its limited data handling secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
